PA Founder Hikes
A monthly peer group for growth-minded entrepreneurs in Central PA.
What It Is
Once a month, a small group of business owners meets at Governor Dick Trail in Mt. Gretna, PA for a two-hour structured hike. It's not a networking event. It's not a masterclass. It's a peer advisory group on a trail.
Each session follows a format: check in, review what you committed to last month, dig into a reflection question or help a member work through something urgent, then set specific goals for the next month. Everyone gets equal time. Everyone is held accountable.
The group is small by design. This isn't about collecting contacts. It's about building the kind of relationships where you can be honest about what's actually happening in your business and your life.
Who It's For
- You're building a business that can work without you, not just a job you gave yourself
- You're a hungry, lifelong learner
- You value vulnerability and honest conversation
- You want accountability from people who actually understand what you're going through
- You're in or near Central PA (Harrisburg, Lebanon, Lancaster area)
